For Promoters
Timetable, Guestlist and Crew Page in One Place
Your night runs off one page. Floors, set times, the line-up, the guestlist and the crew page sit in the same current version, so a change reaches everyone at once instead of five times by hand. It works on your first event, before anyone else in your city has an account.
Your Night Lives in Four Apps, and That Sucks
Running a night is not the hard part. Every piece of it ending up somewhere else is:
The Guestlist Is a Screenshot of a Note From a Sheet
Last updated: the day before yesterday. Whoever is on the door finds out first, and by then there is a queue.
"Who's Got the Current Timetable?"
Three versions, two WhatsApp groups, one truth. Nobody is sure which one is which.
Line-up's Done. Well, 60% Done.
Slots, times, yeses and nos, all in a notes app nobody else can see.
Set Times Changed. The Flyer Knows. The DJs Don't.
One shift at the top and you are retyping the same message to five people, hoping you did not miss one.
DJStrich Is the Engine Room Behind the Night
Right now the night has four versions and no original. Here it has one. Event, floors, set times, guestlist and the door sit in the same place, so your crew sees the line-up you see, confirmed DJs get told the moment a time moves, and the door works off the live list instead of a screenshot. Booking runs through the same tool, and you do not need a single other user for any of this to pay off on night one.
What the Platform Does
From the first slot to the last name at the door, every step gets a tool instead of another chat window.
One Timetable, One Version
Set times live on the event, not in a chat. Move a slot and the confirmed DJ sees the new time and approves it, so the message never gets retyped five times.
Guestlist That Actually Holds
Nobody edits a shared sheet. Everyone adds their own names under a per-person cap, DJs, crew and external guests sit in separate buckets, and you lock the list when it is final.
Door Check-in Without a Login
Share one link with whoever works the door. They see the live list, check people in and add walk-ins from their own phone, with no account and no password of yours.
Multiple Floors and Rooms
Two floors, three rooms, a back bar. Each one carries its own line-up and set times inside the same event instead of three separate documents.
Printable Running Order
The booth still wants paper. Print the line-up and set times for the booth, the bar and the door, and the printout matches what is on screen.
Residents
Your regulars stay on the org. They show up on your public page, and you slot them into a night without starting a request from scratch.
Recurring Series
Running the same night every month? Set the series up once and each new date arrives with your active residents already booked in.
Team and Roles
Invite your crew to the org and everyone works the same event with their own login and their own role, instead of one shared account and a chain of forwarded screenshots.
Calendar Sync and Export
Push your events into Google Calendar, or export the schedule as CSV or ICS when someone needs it in their own tool.
Your Own Public Promoter Page
A page you can actually send someone. Your logo, upcoming events and a roster of every DJ who has played for you, "would play here again" endorsements included.
Your Logo, On Display
Upload your org logo once. It runs on your public page and can land in the partner strip on the homepage.
Import Events from Resident Advisor
Pull past events and their line-ups straight from RA instead of retyping five years of nights. Your history is there on day one.
Drag-and-Drop Line-up
Drag DJs into their slots and change a set time by moving it, and the confirmed DJ gets the change straight away and can accept.
Status Tracking
You stop chasing people. Sent, viewed, interested, questions, unavailable: every request says where it stands.
Complete Booking Requests
Date, venue, budget and set time go out with it. The DJ gets everything at once instead of an empty "hey, free Saturday?" DM.
Curated DJ Search
Filter by city, genre, vibe and budget. Quality and verification labels tell you who is worth a request before you write one.
Fit at a Glance
Filling a slot scores every DJ row on genre, city and reach into one colour-coded meter, so the name that belongs there stands out.
Rider Checked Against Booth
You hear about the missing CDJ in advance. Store your booth once and every DJ's rider gets compared against it at booking time.
Open Calls
Let the slot fill itself. Open the event for applications, approved DJs apply, and they arrive ranked by fit on genre, city, date and budget. You pick.
One-Click Rebooking
A DJ who has played for you rebooks from the old event in seconds, with the details prefilled.
Duplicate Events
Weekly or monthly? Clone the last one with its slots, floors and music direction, then set the new date.
Venue and Message Templates
Save venue details and request text once, then reuse them on every booking after that.
Calendar and Shortlist
All your events sit in one month view, and you can shortlist candidates with private notes before committing to anyone.
Record How the Night Went
Afterwards you note who actually played and how it ran. It feeds your DJs' track record and your own history.
Endorse Your DJs
One tap after a confirmed booking marks "would book again", publicly if you want. It helps the good ones and makes your roster credible.
How It Works
The first hour with it goes like this.
Create an Account
Email address or Google login. Free, no credit card, no sales call.
Set Up the Night
Create the event, add your floors or rooms, lay out the set times. Already run this night monthly? Import it from Resident Advisor or duplicate the last one.
Build the Line-up
Drag DJs into their slots, whether they are on the platform or you type the name in yourself. Move a time and the confirmed DJ sees it and approves.
Open the Guestlist and the Door
Set the caps, let DJs and crew add their own names, then send one link to whoever works the door. They check people in off the live list, no account needed.
Open a Call (optional)
Still a slot free? Open the event for applications. Approved DJs apply, you see them ranked by fit on genre, city and date, and you confirm directly instead of searching. It is also the cheapest way to give a local act the slot instead of booking the same three names again.
Booking Workflow
Nothing goes quiet on you. Every request carries a status, so you always know what happens next.
Request has been delivered by the system.
DJ has opened the request.
DJ has replied.
Booking was concluded outside the platform (as with all other DJ bookings).
Note: DJStrich is a booking facilitator, not a contract partner. The actual booking agreement (contract, fee, technical details) is handled outside the platform between the promoter and DJ, as with all conventional bookings. All platform communication may be reviewed by administration within the scope of platform monitoring (see Privacy Policy and Terms of Service).
Why Curated Is Better
A directory with 10,000 DJs sounds better than one with 200. Then you search it. Stale accounts, no reply, no recognisable sound, and an afternoon gone. We would rather list fewer DJs and have the ones you write to write back.
No Spam Directory
Every listed DJ was read by a person before they showed up in search, and profiles that go quiet drop back out of the listings.
Complete Profiles
Bio, genres, mix links, price structure, rider and press material in one place. You stop assembling one DJ from three channels.
Response Tracking
You can see whether your request has been read. DJs who repeatedly don't respond lose ranking. That is what keeps the directory usable.
Documented Communication
Every message stays in the platform. No "I didn't say that" without a record.
For Promoters
The First Five Crews Per City Pay Nothing, Permanently
The offer only stands while we are this small. We open one city at a time, and the first five crews in each city keep the core promoter features free for good. Not a trial, and not a discount that expires.
Free Forever
Events, floors, timetable, guestlist, door check-in, residents and your crew page. No card, no expiry date.
Visible on the Platform
Your logo in the partner strip on the homepage, and priority placement on your city hub.
You Shape It
You tell us what breaks and what is missing while we are still small enough to fix it the same week.

Your next night is the one to try it on. Register, set up the event, and put the line-up, guestlist and door in one place. No subscription, no hidden costs, and it works before anyone else in your city joins.
